When holding the WAND, link the stars in any order starting from the green star.

When holding the BRUSH, paint the four letters. Each has to be completed in one go in the right order.

Don't run out of time, or the GREATEST RECESSION will descend upon the land.

You can turn the tutorial off and on in the OPTIONS.
